Criminal Law affecting Minors

Criminal Law is also applicable to persons over the age of 14 who are allegedly involved in criminal activities, such as affray, petty theft, damage to private property, as well as Internet-related offences.

At Sánchez-Cervera Abogados, we have long experience in the defence of minors and the handling of criminal proceedings originating from any kind of offence affecting a minor, whether as victim or accused.

The human sensitivity of the lawyer and his or her ability to communicate with minors and their families is particularly important in these cases.
